Dear Middle-Aged Women,

I understand the pressure and desire to lose weight in our society, but I want to challenge the notion that you need to "eat like birds" in order to achieve your weight loss goals.

Restricting your food intake to such a drastic extent can be harmful to your physical and mental well-being. It can lead to nutrient deficiencies, decreased energy levels, and even contribute to disordered eating patterns.

Instead of focusing on eating as little as possible, I encourage you to shift your mindset towards nourishing your body with healthy, balanced meals. Fueling your body with the right nutrients will not only support your weight loss efforts but also improve your overall health and well-being.

Remember, weight loss is a journey that requires patience, consistency, and self-compassion. It's about finding a sustainable and enjoyable way of eating that works for you in the long term.

So, let go of the idea that you need to eat like birds to lose weight and embrace a more balanced and sustainable approach to your nutrition and wellness journey.

You deserve to feel your best and live a healthy, fulfilling life.

By Joining our community of woman all working towards becoming their best version of themselves you will be supported, receive scientific based information, successful tips, tricks and tools that have helped so many including myself to regain my energy, confidence and peace in my life.
